Roof repair process

STEP 1

Scheduling an appointment with one of our roofers to come and inspect where the leak is coming from. We will do the best we can, to come as fast as possible so the leak doesn’t ruin the plywood, insulation and maybe even the drywall.

STEP 2

After one of our roofers comes to provide a free quote and inspection, if the client will decide moving forward with the work, we will start the project on the same day or on the day after, so the damage won’t accelerate.

STEP 3

Scope of work:

1. Tearing off the damage area, not only where the leak is at also at the area around it to make sure the leak didn’t spread a little further.

2. Replacing any rotten/ broken pieces of plywood around the leak itself if needed and installing a brand-new piece of plywood with new synthetic underlayment.

3. Installing an Ice and water shield (the leak barrier).

4. Installing new matching shingles.

STEP 4

The project manager or one of our experts will come for a final inspection to check the work and he will hand you the warranty information that shows you did the work with us.

They came and did a professional inspection and at the end of the inspection, they put a tarp up on my roof to make sure the damage doesn’t get worse. Then the guy brought the materials quickly and repaired everything in 2.5 hours.
